Department of Watershed Management Raw Water Tunnel Delivery System:

Raw Water Tunnel Delivery System:

 PRAD and its joint-venture partners, JP2, were acting as owner’s architect and engineer  for the Raw Water Delivery System. The  program’s objective was to renew the raw water conveyance and storage system for  the City’s drinking water. The project used the design-build  delivery method with a CMR, making it one of the largest Design Build tunnels.

Rodney Cook, Sr. Park: 

 The Upper Proctor Creek Sewer Capacity Relief project was to free up  the Beckwith and Mineral Springs combined sewer trunks by diverting stormwater from  the upper basin into a sewer capacity relief facility.  JP2  Joint Venture provided design, civil engineering, permitting and construction  management services  infrastructure improvements. 

Greater Bible Way Temple, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania:

A massive fire destroyed the existing sanctuary. Our design team is contracted to provide design/build services to provide a new sanctuary, administration and multi-purpose building, with a seating capacity of up to 900 people and parking spaces for the church pastor and members.

Hortter Street Townhomes:

The 19 Townhouse site’s design  include a gated entrance, greenspace, exterior LED lighting,  site drainage, utility connections (water, sanitary and electric) and central  mailboxes.  floor  plan layouts, site plan, building sections and elevations. Landscape design will  consider space planning, operational maintenance, residents’ needs, community  interaction.

The Flying Biscuit Café:

Architectural design and engineering documents for a restaurant fit-out of approximately 3,000 square feet. The tenant’s built-out space will consist of a kitchen, bar, dishwashing area,  refrigerator/freezers, men’s and women’s restrooms, small office, kitchen with hood  system, mechanical equipment room, seating layout to accompany up to 175  customers.

Coffee AM Coffee House:

 PRAD was responsible for architectural and HVAC design, electrical engineering  and plumbing design services for the adaptive reuse of warehouse space as a  coffee house, with a supporting storage room, restrooms, an electrical room and  mechanical space. The coffee house occupies  over 1,800 square feet and  is supported by almost 2,000 square feet of storage space.

A. 11 story Luxury Hotel with 300 Keys - 131,425 SF. 

B. 22 Story Condo/Apartments  with 294 Units - 244,930 SF. 

C. 5  Story Office Building with 36,000 SF

D. Retail 48,100 SF, 

E. Parking Deck above grade 400 Spaces, and Below Grade: 400 Spaces 

KB Sports Complex and Hotel

The project is in early programming phase. 

Phase 1 - 2 full size basketball courts 84 ft x 50 ft.,  with 30 ft height ceiling. The indoor sports complex includes 2 - 4 concessions area with cooking hoods and storage, office, video conference room, bleachers, men's & women's restroom with showers. External breezeway to connect to future hotel.
